I was a first time customer and was greeted right away and was quickly receiving help from a very knowledgeable young lady, After explaining what I wanted, she was able to bring up examples on a screen and . I chose one and paid for it - very reasonable. A few days later I was informed that it was ready for pick up. The product was perfect and just what I wanted. I was a happy customer and would happily return.

The customer service was very helpful. Farah communicated with us during the entire process. We ordered our shirts on Thursday and they were ready for pick up by Tuesday. We will definitely use them again in the future!

The staff at Big Frog are very helpful! They are patient and even though I might request multiple changes to my mock-up they are never aggravated with me. My orders have always been done by my deadline and often before. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
The team at Big Frog in Winter Park were amazing. Our company had a very short timeline in which we needed individualized and branded shirts. Shirts looked and felt great and were styled exactly as requested.
Person to person service is excellent and patient. I had to kind of require certain printing spec advice, but once I did, the advice was just right for my project. My very small order was taken seriously, and when certain parts of my order were just too small, I was redirected clearly. My order was perfectly done and a relatively short time frame was executed with two days to spare. Highly recommend.
Big Frog is the only apparel marketing store I go to. Their process is flawless, they are fast in turning requests around, easy to work with and do great work. It might be a little more expensive that the online companies, but you get to touch and feel their products and there are no minimum requirements. Really great if you want a smaller amount of items, even one or two. I highly recommend them.

Quick response and amazing work done in a short period of time. I needed the backpacks embroidered as Christmas gifts and Big Frog was able to turn this around in less than a week. I will be back for sure.
