    I can truly say that I was blown away by Big Frog this week. I'm a little bit of an over-the-top gift-giver, and I had a last minute idea for a t-shirt design.     Karen and the folks who work here were very kind and courteous when handling my order. I had a bit of a delay when getting back around to pick up my order but Karen and another associate who kindly handly my call when grabbing my shirt.     Big Frog provided friendly service with an excellent product. I was customizing a singlet for an athlete, so stretchy material with an odd shape where the printing was supposed to be. They sent a proof, made the requested changes and gave me a beautiful finished product.
