Very willing to collaborate with me about what I am envisioning. Find clip art that works and testing out fonts that look great. Job completed in a very timely manner. Their tees are very good and colors are great. I have had them make birthday tees for my grandkids for 12 years. Always satisfied.

Nothing was delivered on time, poor communication, expensive for what product received. Will not recommend or be doing business here again.

I ordered two caps to be embroidered the work was outstanding. I bought the caps from them and they are good quality. All was very reasonable. I would gladly use Big Frog again. They are awesome!

More communication. It would be helpful to confirm when emails are received even if just to say give me a week to provide you with a quote. Prices on the website for items would really help. I'm happy with the product received and am in the process of placing another order but if I could provide any feedback it would be to improve communication with customers.

2 part answer: 1. Still missing about 14 pieces from my order that was delivered 2 weeks agoml. 2. I emailed over a week ago regarding these missing items and no responding communication has been recieved.

Service is great and the fact that there is no minimum on orders is the best part as we often order 2-3 company shirts at a time as we need them.

the shirt I purchased started falling apart at the stitch at the bottom the first time I wore it so i feel i either got a bad shirt or the quality of the shirts aren't very good

The orders were on time and I appreciated that. However, I ordered a small shirt with "[LAST NAME REMOVED]" on the front. I thought I would get a standard size small cotton shirt. I got a unisex small, which is as big as a men's medium, on some sort of athletic fabric. It swallows me and I don't like the fabric. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be wearing it. I also tried to access the site to see if I just misread something but couldn't access it. I'm pretty sure I don't remember seeing that it was athletic fabric, nor a unisex small. My husband got a medium athletic hoodie with a wolf on it, but it looks screenprinted, not sublimated and I feel like it's going to crack, pucker, and/or wash off sooner rather than later. Last year I was ecstatic with our orders. I am disappointed this year.

They mand me wait when the lady told me that everything will be e here on a certain date and never came so she so they made me pay the whole amount $71 and that’s not fair. I had to wait three weeks. They should’ve gave me a discount.

Fast production!

Easy process from start to finish. Order was finished earlier than estimated and products were finished exactly as shown in proof prior to work being done.

Customer service was great and very helpful during the order prices. Really appreciated the quick turn around too. Unfortunately, my design did not come out as well as I had hoped. Due to my short time line, I was not able to do any reprints. Not sure if it was a problem with my design, or the print process not being ideal for this specific design (neon colors with small details on a black shirt), but I bet with some tweaks we could get a better result. Will look to try again in the future, and with more time, to get better results. The shirts will definitely work for now though.

I made an attempt to switch to a local company from our previous vendor in Texas, but the customer service seems like it leaves a lot to be desired. I always feel like I'm more in the way than a client that has any value. I'm not perfect, and I don't expect anyone else to be, but when I explain my experience which I can't imagine anyone would know the details of better than I would given I experienced it first hand, I don't expect to have to have a back and forth argument about it. I don't know what I would suggest to make things right, I shy away from conflict and imagine I will likely shy away from Big Frog which is a letdown considering I paid to have our logos established and now will have to do so again elsewhere. I wouldn't go as far to bad mouth the company to anyone else though. I'm just speaking on my own experience since I received an email requesting my feedback. With a marketing background, I understand the importance of honest feedback and hope you would make adjustments for your future/other customers. Maybe my few hundred dollar orders at a time don't seem important, but I order uniforms consistently throughout the year and feel like I could have been a decent client to have. Wishing your company all the best. I hope my opinion was helpful.

Ensure that your employees are capable of carrying out the expectations the company sets. If an employee is not familiar with an operating system, a design website, or how to complete an order, they need to ask for help instead of painfully dragging out the process to a time period that makes the order impossible to fulfill appropriately.

Great quality and comfortable

There was a staffing issue which caused order to be late and I believe was also the cause of why it took multiple days to get confirmed. The team did a nice job once I called about the late order!

I like how helpful the people in the store are and how great they are at designing cute things!

You do great work, however, I have had an order in that i proofed over a week ago… recieved a call the next day saying I needed to sign an invoice…didn’t receive invoiceI called to check on it and never received a call back… waited a day or two, called again, never received a call back… waited another day, called again. They finally sent invoice, I paid online. Didnt hear anything, so I went in yesterday… the person who took the order, looked it up, and saw that it was in the system. Then she started the order and told me it would be done by Saturday…. I needed it by Friday…. Again, you do great work

The team were extremely helpful in finding a solution that was within budget and hit the quality of what we needed. I am so appreciative of the quick turnaround they were able to provide to get some tote bags printed for our event. This makes them stand out as a business in the NWA area!
