Service was pretty quick and easy. I came in knowing what I wanted and needed, the sales agent was quick to find my options and get me set up. The adjustments in my design proof were completed quickly and the order was placed. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
More upfront customer qualification would have helped my experience. During the early conversation about needs, I was concerned that logo embroidery was not something Big Frog was comfortable producing.
I knew what I had wanted based on the previous year. The staff was quick to provide two different mock ups in separate colors. The individuals that received the pull overs were impressed with the quality of work. I will definitely be using Big Frog in the future!

I love that you could pop in and tangibly see the products you have to choose from, uploading the logo and getting the mock ups happened super fast and they called and let me know my items were ready a day earlier than I thought 😊 highly recommend based on this experience!

Big Frog helped.me design a T-shirt for a girl’s trip that has become a cherished treasure.
We began these trips 10 years ago and Big Frog has kept the design on file and every time we add a member they create the same t-shirt to make them part of the group. I started my t-shirt order at the end of October and did not receive the shirts until just before my tournament in January, which was far longer than expected. I had already provided the design; it only needed some fine-tuning.
I even visited the store in person to help with the design adjustments. While Natasha attempted to work with me, our time was repeatedly interrupted by other employees and possibly the owner(?) with unrelated issues. This caused the session to take much longer than necessary and felt unprofessional.
Communication throughout the process was also lacking. I often felt in the dark and unsure about the status of my order, which added to the frustration.
For the record, Natasha was very nice and put a lot of work into fine tuning the design and I do appreciate her attention detail.
I’ve been a long-time customer of Big Frog and had excellent experiences with the previous owners, who were knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. In the past, I could send an idea, receive a design, approve it, set up an online store, and have shirts printed and delivered within three weeks or less. I had hoped to do more shirts for our State competition and an online fundraiser this time as well, but ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the added stress.
I've always had a good experience at Big Frog. Every employee I've interacted with has been super helpful and easy to talk to. The items I've ordered have turned out perfect! There was an issue with one of my orders, but we worked together to fix it, and I appreciate that I was able to keep the shirt that didn't turn out right so I could practice some of my own infusibile ink drawings on it. I recommend Big Frog to everyone I can. Thank you for your great service and quality work!
