Five stars, and honestly they earned more. We were in town for a lacrosse camp at OSU and my daughter’s pinnie needed numbers heat-pressed before the next morning’s session — a last-minute, one-off job that most shops would have turned away. Justin, the owner, took care of us on the spot. Quick turnaround, no hassle about the customer-supplied jersey, and the work came out clean and professional. What stood out was the customer service. Justin listened, told us exactly what he could do and how fast, and then delivered on it. That kind of responsiveness is rare, especially on a small job with no repeat business behind it. If you need custom apparel done right and done quickly in the Columbus area, this is the place. Thanks again, Justin.

Justin and Tammy created a “store” for us which made the ordering so easy and convenient. All of the moms loved the shirts and sweatshirts and were so impressed by the details as well as how fast they got done. We were able to wear at their first game! Dads got theirs too but we didn’t get a picture!

We had a blast checking out Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More! They’re a family-owned business, and everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They helped my Pokémon-obsessed daughter create the perfect custom shirt for back to school, and she was SO excited about how it turned out! They took the time to help her bring her idea to life and made the whole experience so fun for her. We’re always excited to support a new local business, but it’s even better when you have such a great experience. We will definitely be back for more custom shirts and projects in the future! Highly recommend checking them out!

had a wonderful experience working with Big Frog! The staff was extremely helpful with my design, and the print quality came out crisp, vibrant, and perfect. Best of all, they finished my order in record time. Great customer service and high-quality shirts. I will definitely be a repeat customer!"
