We were in town for a lacrosse camp at OSU and my daughter’s pinnie needed numbers heat-pressed before the next morning’s session — a last-minute, one-off job that most shops would have turned away. Justin, the owner, took care of us on the spot. Quick turnaround, no hassle about the customer-supplied jersey, and the work came out clean and professional. What stood out was the customer service. Justin listened, told us exactly what he could do and how fast, and then delivered on it. That kind of responsiveness is rare, especially on a small job with no repeat business behind it. Justin and Tammy created a “store” for us which made the ordering so easy and convenient. All of the moms loved the shirts and sweatshirts and were so impressed by the details as well as how fast they got done. We were able to wear at their first game! Dads got theirs too but we didn’t get a picture!
