I drive past this business all the time in Greenhills and one day walked in to check it out. I own a start up business "Wellness Warrior Project " and wanted to have my logo added to some hats and shirts. The team was really great. Family owned and they are all in their doing the work together. They were patient with my questions and gave me the attention I needed without feeling rushed or pressured to make a decision. Overall, the process was smooth. A few back and forth emails, some small questions and tweaks made and they in less than 2 weeks my 5- custom piece order was fulfilled. I got 2 hats and 3 shirts. The quality of fabrics and style options were plenty and my logo looks great. I even added my QR code to the back of my shifts and it works great. I plan to order a few more winter pieces from them soon. I love my hats and wear them all the time. I choose to support small businesses and hope you do to.

I was in need of last minute t-shirts and Big Frog was able to help me out! I had reached out to another shop the week before (I didn't know about Big Frog at the time), they worked up a design said they would complete the order but then ghosted me! So, I found myself with 5 days to get some shirts and that is when I found Big Frog. Not only did they get the shirts done on short notice but helped to quickly choose a t-shirt type and put a design together that wouldn't require a longer turn around. It was not a big order, but that did not stop them from being helpful and meeting my expectations. Callum, who was heading out of town the following day, made sure to communicate with his team, my needs and assured me it would get done. John on the back end, completed the order and we were so happy with the results!!! Fantastic customer service and a great product. Will definitely be the place that I use for my company and/or personal needs.
