SALES & GRAPHIC DESIGN CONSULTANT.

We are looking for a Sales and Graphic Design Consultant with strong customer service/sales skills. Our goal is to make sure that all our customers are happy, whether they want one shirt or 500 shirts! To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, accurate, tech-savvy flare, and has the interest and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented,
community centered, highly creative environment.

Our store is small, and all of us work together from design to printing and production. The Sales and Graphic Design Consultant is customer-facing and is critical to our success.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Enthusiastically greet customers in the store, answer the phones professionally, and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
• Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving toward successful deal closures
• Follow up diligently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals efficiently and effectively
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to overcome objections and close high-value deals as well as understand the opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
• Manage customer transactions, which include generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, ensuring the orders are fulfilled on time and per customer specifications
• Use the Big Frog POS (point of sale) system to manage customer transactions and the customer relationship management software (CRM) to track customer interaction and production flow
• Maintain contact with customers concerning suggestions, turnaround times, and any other matters necessary during the production process
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• At times, jump in to help with printing, production and inventory (unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding and stocking shelves – you must be able to lift 40 lbs)
• Other activities, as needed

Qualifications and the ideal candidate:

• Enjoy talking and working with customers to help create and design their custom apparel ideas
• Experience in sales – lead generation and deal closure (preferred)
• Experience working with PhotoShop or Illustrator. Prior graphics work experience is Preferred, not required
• Experience in retail or sales position for at least one year (required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects (ability to multi-task is a must)
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and can work well in a team environment
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Value excellence and have a high level of attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and love to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred)

Expected hours: 38-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
