This was the only place I was able to find that could make two custom shirts for our girls’ trip, and I’m so glad I chose them! The price was affordable, and they were able to meet my timeline. Emma worked with me throughout the process and even helped me make adjustments when needed. Overall, the experience was great!
The only issue was a small mix-up with the sizing. I had ordered a 1X for one of the shirts, but I received an XL instead. Thankfully, the shirt ran a little big, so although it was a bit tight on my friend, it still worked out. My friend asked if it was too late to ask for a 2X for extra comfort, she sometimes likes to wear a size up. However, by the time we finalized everything, the order had already been placed for a 1X, and it was too late to make any changes. So my friend was ok with the original request of 1X so when I received an XL I was worried that my friend would not be comfortable and it was already too late to fix it.
Fortunately, this wasn't a major setback. We still wore our shirts on our cruise, and they received lots of compliments! Since these were custom shirts for a special birthday trip rather than everyday wear, we were still able to enjoy them and make wonderful memories together.
I still give them 5 stars because I believe the sizing mix-up was an honest mistake, and Emma may not have noticed the discrepancy. I appreciate the effort she put into helping me with my order and making sure everything was completed on time. My friend and I had a wonderful trip, and our matching shirts were part of the fun!
