Big Frog’s Response to COVID-19 and What it Means for Our Customers and Teams

The team here at Big Frog has always been incredibly committed and immersed in the nearly 100 communities we serve across the country, which is why we’d like to provide an update on our response to COVID-19.

For the safety of our team and loyal customers, our corporate office has implemented a mandatory work from home policy for individuals that are able to perform their job from home. Our network of individually owned and operated Big Frog locations is referring to state representatives and up-to-date CDC mandates in order to determine closures. And, while the storefronts that remain open are taking extra precautions to stay clean and safe, online ordering is both recommended and encouraged during this time. Each of our locations is taking and fulfilling online orders with support staff ready to help with any questions or concerns during the ordering process.

Again, the health and safety of our customers, communities and teams is our number one priority.

Fortunately, we have the most creative franchise owners around and some of them are choosing to spend this time thinking of ways to help support their local communities as well as the CDC. A great example of this is Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Northwest Arkansas and their COVID-19 t-shirt designs. A portion of all sales will be donated to the CDC Foundation’s Emergency Response Fund. We look forward to the day when we can once again service our customers in-person and get back to our normal routines of creating designs for 5Ks, community outings and local athletic programs. Until then, it’s critical that we support one another and stay healthy as we navigate these unforeseen times together.
