It’s a nice clean and organize store. All the displays were one thought out. But the most impressive resource that I saw at your store was a young lady by the name of Sydne. My thoughts were kind of disorganized, and she was able to help me with colors, the type of print, the quality of the shirts, and all the different options I had. She made it so easy for me, and within two hours I had an invoice and a breakdown of everything I was going to need. she was a pleasure to work with.

I love the convenience of 24 hour printing. I create designs and hate to wait to get printed by ordering online which can take 5-7 days. I have found the quality of printing good, but I wish you could improve equipment to print on dark fabrics without having to send it out. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Products - Big Frog products are very appealing in choices of color and a variety to choose from. Costumer Service - the sales representatives of Big Frog were very people friendly; and helpful in giving ideas to my purchase. I live in Wisconsin & was looking for a 4XL shirt to bring back home for someone special. I was having a hard time finding that size cause every place that I looked only had size 2XL. My sister-in-law (who lives in Aurora) looked up online and found Big Frog of Aurora. We walked in there & asked the lady working if she carried size 4XL. She said she had a couple shirts but only in white. I was happy! She was AMAZING!!!!! I explained what I wanted on the shirt. She looked up trains until I found one that I wanted, experimented with the wording placement until I was happy where it was placed, let me choose the font that looked best, even let my niece come back & pick it up for me. I will definitely order from them again. My son loved the shirt. Thank-You for being so helpful & understanding in making this possible.

This is the very best deck treatment we have ever used. It lasts at least 2 years on a high altitude southern exposure deck. The oil brings out the wood highlights and the one coat application makes the job fast and not messy. We used Baer products and that ruined the deck, fceacking and faking off within 8 months. (And they don't honor their "warranty".) When we rebuilt the deck we learned about Big Frog. Don't go to the big box stores with their cheap stuff. Buy this.
