Big Frog North Fort Worth is AMAZING! I had a last minute, time sensitive order.
My mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has a big surgery this Friday.... We needed "Team Mimi" shirts fast! Sam Cowan answered my call first thing Monday morning, and then I told him what I needed, and he worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for, in an unbelievably short time. Before calling Big Frog I was so afraid we wouldn't be able to get shirts in time. Not only did they get my order taken care of fast, but Sam also contacted me throughout the process to update me. He called mid afternoon that day to let me know our shirts were ready, he said "It's not much fun to have to make shirts like these... and I don't know "Mimi" but I hope shes okay, and that all goes well Friday". I have to say I busted out in tears when I hung up the phone... This meant so much to me... Not only did out shirts come out perfect and fast, but I know how much thoughtfulness and love went into making them. I surprised Mimi with her shirt the next day, she was in tears. Thank you Sam and the rest of the Big Frog team
