These two customer projects sitting in production this morning are a great example of something you may not see when you order custom apparel online: sometimes, it pays to try it on BEFORE we decorate it! 🐸
On the left, a campaign ordered a Women’s Large for one of their team members. Before we decorated it, she stopped by and tried it on. The size technically worked—but she preferred a different cut and sleeve length.
No problem. We’re switching her to a Unisex Medium that she feels more comfortable wearing. Once we know it fits, then we’ll decorate it.
On the right, we have polos for another organization. Two staff members are between sizes, so those polos are staying blank until they come in and try them on. We’ll decorate the ones that actually fit best.
Is this level of fitting necessary for every custom apparel order? No.
Most customers can stop into our Albuquerque showroom, try on a few samples, and we can determine the right size and fit pretty quickly. And when we don’t have your exact garment in the store, we have access to thousands of brands and styles, along with manufacturer product specification sheets and sizing information to help guide the decision.
But here’s the important part:
Once we put your logo on it, we can’t change how the shirt fits. So when there’s a question, we’d rather figure it out BEFORE we decorate it. ❤️
