Sometimes “rush order” doesn’t quite capture the story. 😂
This was a BIG custom apparel order with shirts, long-sleeve performance shirts, and hats. The original plan was to place the order Monday for a Friday pickup. To make that turnaround happen, we needed everything finalized by noon Monday so we could get the garments ordered and on their way to Albuquerque.
The deadline slipped.
The customer asked, “Can you still try?”
Absolutely. We promised we’d do everything we could.
Then came the plot twist. 😳
Friday morning we learned they didn’t just need the order Friday—they needed it BEFORE NOON for their company picnic!
Cue the Big Frog team. 🐸💨
Boxes opened. Shirts organized. Transfers pressed. Hats decorated. Quality checked. Orders packed.
AND WE MADE IT! 🎉
The customer was thrilled, the order made it to the picnic, and the Big Frog team is getting pizza because this one took some serious teamwork. 🍕👏
Can we promise every last-minute order will work out this way? Of course not. But when a customer is in a bind, we’re going to look for a way to say YES before we say no.
