My initial contact was with Ryan, who was incredibly accommodating. He set clear, straightforward timelines for what needed to be submitted and by when so we could hit the deadline. Despite being temporarily understaffed due to circumstances beyond their control, Ryan and the team went above and beyond—even taking the time to resize our graphic so it looked perfect on smaller shirt sizes.
The pricing was very reasonable, and the final quality was top-notch. I will absolutely be taking all of my custom t-shirt business to Big Frog moving forward!
