    What Our Customers Say

Thank you SO much for expediting the print for me and making it a special event for my dad!! He completed chemo about 2 months before he ran this trail marathon, and he still beat his personal record by 7 minutes 🙂 The quality of the print was excellent.

I recently ordered a batch of shirts and wasn't happy with how they turned out. I reached out to Alexis about the issue, and she agreed right away and immediately got started on rescreening the shirts. I needed them in time for our Volunteer Appreciation Picnic on Sunday, but they weren't originally scheduled to be ready until Tuesday. The team went above and beyond to make sure we had our shirts in time for the event. I can't recommend them enough — thank you so much for the incredible customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Big Frog! I needed a small volume, rush order featuring a custom self-designed image, and from the very first interaction, I was treated with the exact same courtesy and professionalism as if I were ordering 1,000 shirts. My initial contact was with Ryan, who was incredibly accommodating. He set clear, straightforward timelines for what needed to be submitted and by when so we could hit the deadline. Despite being temporarily understaffed due to circumstances beyond their control, Ryan and the team went above and beyond—even taking the time to resize our graphic so it looked perfect on smaller shirt sizes. The pricing was very reasonable, and the final quality was top-notch. I will absolutely be taking all of my custom t-shirt business to Big Frog moving forward!

I had a great experience with Big Frog making a custom embroidered sweatshirt! Their designers were responsive and easy to work with and gave me several options! There’s no minimum to purchase and it felt great to support a small business in our community!

Diane at Big Frog is amazing and so is her staff. They not only provide great product and service (with a positive attitude and smile), but Diane is a radiant bright light in the community that lift's other business owners up. She genuinely cares about you, your business, and the services she provides and that translates across her business. If you haven't checked out Diane and Big Frog, then you're missing out.

I needed new work t-shirts. I accidentally found them in a WDGY merch store inquiring about a shirt but wanted a different color. I spotted in to choose my color and inquired about my work shirt. They said, not a problem. They scanned it right off my shirt. So cool and a time saver. Thanks to Shania at Big Frog for customizing my experience.

A HUGE thank you to the Woodbury location and staff for taking our short notice order for our school! Not only did they get all the shirts exactly as we ordered, but they did a great job and the porducts were high quality - even the folks that got the shirts commented on the quality of the vinyl. Alyssa was great to work with over the phone and in person. THANK YOU!!
