JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet customers in our store, on the phone, or via email and describe Big Frog’s capabilities.
• Create quotes for customer orders.
• Communicate with customers on proofs, timelines, updates, and pricing.
• Create designs for customers using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
• Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates and utilize our state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment printer or heat transfer process to print the designs.
• Prepare artwork proofs and purchase orders for screen printing and embroidery and promotions.
• Organize inventory by unpacking boxes and stocking shelves while helping to maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness (you must be able to lift 40 lbs)

You may like this job if you enjoy:

• Working with customers and providing a high level of service and communication. At least one year of retail experience is helpful.
• Being creative and can use Photoshop or Illustrator. Extensive graphic design experience or a degree is not required.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety (about 50% design/customer service and 50% production/inventory management).
• Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously and determining the order of priority.
• Being to be a part of a team that helps each other succeed.
