Once again, Big Frog did an outstanding job! I was under a quick timeline, short on my creativity, but Max was super patient AND enthusiastic about printing four shirts for a Ladies-get-away-weekend!
Shirts are soft, printing was spot on, and I got the project back with plenty of time to spare. Perfection!
Aisha has been absolutely wonderful to work with since I met her in April of 2024 on a trip to NYC. Your “WHY this shirt different than all others “ was so tongue in cheek that I purchesed EIGHT IF THEM. Since then I have ordered at least three different runs of shirts that I designed with Aisha’s assistance !!
I’ve only received my sample so far, but it came out perfectly! The quality exceeded my expectations. The team was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. They worked closely with me to make sure my image was submitted correctly and printed as accurately as possible. I truly appreciated their patience and attention to detail. I don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am for the customer service. I accidentally placed an order at the Upper West Side location when I searched for local services here in Arkansas, and they were incredibly quick to respond. When I realized the mistake on Saturday at 1 p.m., I called, and Jasper immediately helped me. He spoke with his manager, found a more affordable shipping option for my large package, shipped it the same day, and even called me afterward to let me know he had recalculated the cost and issued a refund for the difference. Truly a 10/10 experience in every way!
