The staff is helpful and cares about your art work and wanting it to be exactly as you expect which it is. Hard to find the method of putting the picture etc right on the fabric and the colors are outstanding. The shirts are great quality and last a long time. I like that I can order on line, send my info and email with art attached to them, they get back right away with estimate, easy to pay and also I have them add postage so it can come in the mail. Big Frog does great work and I love doing business with them. Friendly and dependable. They do not have the minimum quantity policy like their completion and they give free design help. At this point they are the only custom shirts service I consider going to.

You get the shirts you want, how you want them designed. We received ours quicker than we were told we would, and we will definitely be getting more shirts.

The printing and communication was great! They look great and we can't wait to share them and wear them. The shirt sizes seem a little off, completely understand this is a manufacturer issue, but they don't seem quite right.
For example, the womens 3XL is smaller than the mens XL.
We will be back, but will probably supply our own shirts next time.
