    What Our Customers Say

Kate was so great to work with. She is so fun, bubbly and creative. Everyone who works there is so nice, professional and experienced in what they do. They offer a wide variety of products to be customized. If they do not carry what you are looking for, they can supply it. If there is something specific that you already have that you would like customized, they can do that too. They are very professional, experienced and have a quick turnaround time. A+ service which is hard to find these days. I needed a quick custom branded shirt for a last-minute business event. It turned out perfect and exactly what I was wanting. EDIT: 9/7/26 - Big Frog knocked it out of the park again. They were able to brand my suit and button-down shirt for my business accelerator graduation and pitch competitions. The branding turned out beautiful and gave me so much confidence in my pitching. I won 2nd place! On to nationals. I got so many compliments. Thank you Big Frog!!!!

All I can say is wow! I emailed my inquiry for a tshirt order on 6.24.26. The next day 6.25.26 I got an email back from Kate saying she would be the graphic designer asking me how I wanted the layout to look on the shirt. I gave her free range to do what she thinks would look best. Kate sent me a proof and it was it! She sent me a digital link to pay. Then on 6.26.26 I get a call saying that the shirts are ready for pick up?! I was thinking it would take a week or two respectively. I picked up my order 6.27.26 and the girls working were so kind and welcoming! This was such an easy..reliable..fast process! Amazing price and quality! Will definitely do more business with you all in the future. Thank you !

I’m glad I stopped in to check out what they had to offer. I ordered T shirts and polos from them. Annabel was amazing to work with using my existing logo and formatting the file correctly so the T shirts could be printed properly. Turn around time was great. 10 out 10 rating.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Big Frog! I chose them to handle my business apparel for Markham Power Washing & Services LLC, including hats and T-shirts, and they absolutely delivered. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. Megan was fantastic to work with—super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the quality of the apparel is top-notch. They are officially my go-to for all of my business apparel moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and quality work!

1000000000/10! Our experiences at Big Frog have been outstanding! We have been in twice to have shirts made for our small business. Each and every staff member we encountered were knowledgeable and friendly. Our company logo remained on file for quick and easy service! We had colors switched up and added information to the back. Our expectations were exceeded! To see everything we imagined come to life was awesome. Our business will stay here! I can’t wait until our next order!!

Kate, was my editor and designer. She did a fantastic job. My design was pixelated, she saved the day by recreating it in no time. They ran my gang sheet while I waited. Their work is quality and they are time considerate. Check them out when you need your job done.✅

The owner and staff were great! She and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived almost at closing time and they got the logos printed on the sweaters the same day. They even stayed after closing time to get it done. Extraordinary service and quality work. Highly recommend for your printing and merchandise needs.
