    Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday & he wanted a certain t shirt ordered. It got here late & did not fit. About two hrs before closing time I called & Dani (hope thats correct) helped me out & listened to my design & hurried to email it to me to look over & pay online so all I had to do was pick it up.     We had a fantastic experience with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More. We placed our order on a very tight timeline. I believe we ordered on a Wednesday and needed everything ready by Sunday, which was especially challenging since they are not open on weekends. On top of that, the weather that week was brutal, with temperatures in the negative 20s and 30s and many businesses closing because of the cold. Despite all of that, their team went above and beyond. They even offered to meet us outside of normal business hours to make sure we still had our order in time for the event we needed it for. Thankfully that ended up not being necessary, but the fact that they were willing to do that meant a lot. When our staff went to pick up the order, they had even created a custom bag with our logo to package our items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything turned out perfect. The printing quality was excellent, all of the sizes were correct, and the shirts themselves are extremely comfortable with great color payoff. We were very impressed with both the customer service and the final products. We’re already in the process of placing a couple more orders with them and would highly recommend Big Frog for any custom printing needs.

    Wow what customer service, I called to check on my order , Big Frog was closed, but someone was in the store doing last minute things. They checked on my order found out it was complete and told me they could drop it off as it was on there way home. I will post a photo after Christmas, because it’s a present.

    This was my first time working with Big Frog and my shirts turned out great. The girls at the front are easy going, personable, provide suggestions, and willing to work with whatever situation you have. What's great about Big Frog is you can bring in your own shirts to have printed. If you need a specific kind of shirt, they can likely get it for a cheaper price through their suppliers. They're also great at revising any design changes if the contrast isn't quite right and send you digital proofs before printing on the shirts.     The service was friendly and fast. The green in my logo did not print as opaquely over a black shirt as I would have wanted. Therefore, the shirts have a weathered appearance to them, but that isn't what i was looking for. Otherwise, the printing had a sharp and accurate quality to it.
