The voices on your radio commercials have a certain hypnotic "I must buy tshirts" message that makes me purchase items from Big Frog. Not sure where you got the talent to do your voice recordings but boy are you guys lucky!
Great people, great products, excellent service. They give you advice after listening to you and recommend best products. If they can't do something or get what you need, they tell you. I give them 11 stars out of 10!!
The service was friendly and fast.
The only thing that I would change about this job was that the green in my logo came out very muted. We printed this green (similar to a John Deere green) over black shirts. With this, the logos have sort of a weathered appearance to them, which is okay, but not quite what I was looking for.
This might have been a product of my misunderstanding of what my rep was saying. I thought I understood that I was paying a slight premium for opaque and bright printing. What I got was satisfactory, but not exactly what I wanted.
Great communication throughout the process and clear invoice before the project began to make sure both sides were on the same page. Product looked great as well, the kids will be so excited for their band fest shirts!
