Big Frog!!! Wow, these guys figured out how to help me make 60 T-shirts speedy quick after my brother’s untimely passing & memorial - which crazy enough occurred during a holiday weekend. Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday & he wanted a certain t shirt ordered. It got here late & did not fit. About two hrs before closing time I called & Dani (hope thats correct) helped me out & listened to my design & hurried to email it to me to look over & pay online so all I had to do was pick it up. All this in the matter of about an hour. I walked in the door and she had a smile on her face and my purchase in her hand ready to go! It fit my son perfectly and he was so happy with it. We had a fantastic experience with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More. We placed our order on a very tight timeline. I believe we ordered on a Wednesday and needed everything ready by Sunday, which was especially challenging since they are not open on weekends. On top of that, the weather that week was brutal, with temperatures in the negative 20s and 30s and many businesses closing because of the cold. Despite all of that, their team went above and beyond. They even offered to meet us outside of normal business hours to make sure we still had our order in time for the event we needed it for. Thankfully that ended up not being necessary, but the fact that they were willing to do that meant a lot. When our staff went to pick up the order, they had even created a custom bag with our logo to package our items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything turned out perfect. The printing quality was excellent, all of the sizes were correct, and the shirts themselves are extremely comfortable with great color payoff. We were very impressed with both the customer service and the final products. Stopped in super late just before they were going to close with a last minute Valentine's Day gift shirt idea for my boyfriend and they were able to put my design together right then and there and print it before they closed. Wow what customer service, I called to check on my order , Big Frog was closed, but someone was in the store doing last minute things. They checked on my order found out it was complete and told me they could drop it off as it was on there way home. I will post a photo after Christmas, because it’s a present.
