We had a fantastic experience with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More.
We placed our order on a very tight timeline. I believe we ordered on a Wednesday and needed everything ready by Sunday, which was especially challenging since they are not open on weekends. On top of that, the weather that week was brutal, with temperatures in the negative 20s and 30s and many businesses closing because of the cold.
Despite all of that, their team went above and beyond. They even offered to meet us outside of normal business hours to make sure we still had our order in time for the event we needed it for. Thankfully that ended up not being necessary, but the fact that they were willing to do that meant a lot.
When our staff went to pick up the order, they had even created a custom bag with our logo to package our items, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Everything turned out perfect. The printing quality was excellent, all of the sizes were correct, and the shirts themselves are extremely comfortable with great color payoff.
We were very impressed with both the customer service and the final products. We’re already in the process of placing a couple more orders with them and would highly recommend Big Frog for any custom printing needs.
