Big Frog is a GREAT company with excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs T-shirts or any advertising like signs or hoodies. While I was getting my sign, I heard someone talking about embroidering something on what they were making. I really believe Big Frog's services are limitless, and they can do anything you can imagine. If they have any complications, they will handle them calmly and professionally.

The fact I went in December 23rd in a crisis about a gift I ordered on line and was lost someplace an needed a hat for Christmas so I went in an got exactly what I needed an it was done and ready in no time. The owner, Mark, was also very welcoming. The fact that Lisa provided design assistance, and the promise of a quick turnaround (during the busy Holiday season), were unexpected (and much appreciated) benefits.

Let me start by stating both Lisa and Mark Fernald, who own operate the Seabrook,N.H. store, are the most engaging,personable,and helpful folks. My former wife is celebrating her 75th birthday on January 1st. Together with Happy Birthday Grace Marie 1-1-49 a beautiful photo of Grace when she was five years old was also included. Grace has been dealing with two serious leg surgeries over the last two years...I can't wait to see the expression on her face when she unwraps her gift!!!!!! I was so impressed in dealing with both Lisa and Mark I also had the same shirt set up made for me...Happy Birthday [FIRST NAME REMOVED] 12-25-48 along with a "very young" photo...as you can see we're one week or year apart.
