I walked in with an idea and I walked out with an order sheet. Dakota was helpful in making my idea come to life and walked through the steps to get it right. I had thought about ordering online. I know the end result would not have been nearly as professional looking or in one with what I wanted. Thank you.
The sales associate was very helpful and was receptive to changes requested. She kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and the turn around time was much faster than expected. I will be using them again and will refer others to the services that they offer.
The folks at Big Frog are insanely professional, highly communicative, and just as dedicated to my order of 6-8 items as I imagine they would be to an order of 100+ shirts! Dakota was very professional and patient with my own lack of communication as an overworked elementary school educator, and my OWN lack of follow up. The shirt selection and pricing for a small order is fabulous, and the print quality is amazing. Love y'all, Big Frog!!!

This was an adventure and a find to discover. A member of your design team helped me create a personalized t-shirt design for a giant stuffed bear for a Christmas present for a 2 and a half year old girl. Everyone was so helpful and creative with my project and the girl absolutely adored her bear. Everything feels possible at this business -- small, medium or large projects!
Overall they were great. I appreciated the very fast service.
However, It would have been helpful to communicate how big the sizes run. I ordered shirts for a high school soccer team and they were quite big. they ended up not fitting the kids very well.
Otherwise I was happy with everything.
Your service was prompt, kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging, and the sweatshirt and its print are holding up so well.
I'll definitely be back for more projects, and will be telling people about your services for some time to come.

Enjoyed the shop! I was able to walk in and order with the associate very quickly and it was nice to see the product before ordering. Loved how fast they printed too and the quality turned out great! Definitely going to be ordering again!

Everything was great. The person I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She worked with me and guided me thru what I needed. They also got the shirt to me the same day. It was for Christmas and I was running late. When the person opened the package it was perfect. It was a ‘burrito’ shirt and we all had a good laugh as that’s his favorite meal. Nice group of people.
It was easy to order a designed t-shirt when we called your company; the staff were very helpful and the product was finished in a timely manner.
The end product is absolutely perfect abs the recipient lives it. I would have purchased a thicker t-shirt, but that is the only thing I would have done differently.
I will say the website is not that consumer friendly
- especially for novices.
