We had NYE shirts remade that Big Frog had done for us 5 years ago. To our surprise, they STILL had the image that was designed from that long ago! I liked when I sent a request for a quote online, a real person sent me a detailed email. I was afraid it would be an AI chat bot that didn’t understand my request but it was a real person that responded in a timely manner. The time from quote to picking up my order was reasonable and I love that it is a small shop and team. I absolutely love the quality of the design on the tote bags I ordered! Great customer service! Staff helped with design ideas, then showed us on their computer, how it would look. We had a choice of T-shirt colors and fabric content. We were pleased with the result and the time it took to receive our custom order. We will definitely go back!
Customer Service is over the top! Fast, efficient and such a pleasure to communicate with while designing only ONE T-shirt for me. I wish I had a 500-t-shirt order for them. I would trust ANY print job you have to them.

Very easily navigated website for designing a custom shirt, very quick turnaround, and very friendly and helpful staff! I was really impressed, and glad to be able to create a perfect custom shirt locally, too.
We have purchased shirts and sweatshirts for our grandsons with Big Frog printing many times over the years. Even though these were two pieces at a time, the staff treated our requests with special care. Their ability to create computerized examples of our requests gave us a clear picture of what the shirts will look like. I think they are a very special group.
