    let me start by saying I don't believe in writing reviews good or bad, if I am paying for a service I expect the best and if I have an issue I deal directly with the vendor. Well I have met an exception to that rule. and that's BIG FROG CUSTOM T-SHIRTS in Bannockburn. After multiple calls to other shops that all had an outrageous minimum or insane set up fee I found BIG FROG, I spoke with Valeria first, super courteous and extremely helpful she answered all of my questions and let me know they could accommodate any size order from 1 to a hundred no problem. Then I got an email from Anthony letting me know he could help with the design if we needed any support I also spoke with him regarding the type's of shirts ( we were looking for a heavy weight larger sized shirt ) he sent me some options along with his recommendation's once again very helpful. finally got an email from the owner Ryan regarding pricing once again stellar interaction, I have done multiple shirts for Fire departments and hospitals and this by far been my best experience and the best quality finished product. We will definitely be using them again in the near future. If nothing else don't make the same mistake I did make BIG FROG your 1st call not your last. JEFF G
