Great staff. I need a logo embroidered on to a few polos. I dropped off the shirts and gave them a basic layout. I had a sample emailed to me the very next day. Made some sizing and font adjustments placed my order, all done through email. The whole process was very simple and responses were very quick. I went ahead and had another half dozen shirts done by them.

I like the storefront so you can see what they have to offer in terms of product and printing style. Customer service was excellent. I appreciate that the people at the store are the ones that you also communicate with via email. The owner is present at the store and is very helpful. The shirts get printed pretty quickly and, depending on the print type, there is no minimum qty required. Overall very good experience
