They have always provided excellent service and given us a very well down print on the hundreds of pillow cases they have done for our company. The professionalism and customer service are great and the timeliness of the service is impressive.

The frog has phenomenal customer service skills. I used them for several specialty items, such as embroidery, and pictures for quilting. The Frog took their time to pay special attention to detail and when something was not exactly the way we had planned, they would not move forward with the item until they had contacted me for clarification.
Great service doing a special order for us. On pick up of the original order, we found another product in the store that we liked and asked for an additional color scheme added to the product. The young lady helping us was very eager to work it up and had it finished within a short time. I will go back there and have already recommended it to a young teacher granddaughter to check it out for school wear. The 45 minute drive for us to come to Blue Springs is very worthwhile for the quality and professionalism we were shown.
I order some shirts for family members each Christmas. They are always a hit and turn out great! The best factor for me though is the service. I love that the artists bring my ideas to life so professionally.
I liked that I was able to upload my image online but still talk with a real person to finish the order. They were very helpful in creating the best idea.

Big Frog offers so many different products to choose from! We loved being able to create a gift for our team from a local shop. The sweatshirts are incredibly soft and comfortable, and the embroidery was done cleanly and exactly as we requested. Looks beautiful! Both Gabby and Brandy were very helpful in getting our project set up; the entire process was very easy. We will definitely be using Big Frog again for future projects!
Incredible experience. I don't live close enough to come in so did this all by email and 'phone. The designer "got" what i wanted right away, offered me print and garment alternatives, and delivered my perfect hoodie right away.

Our band experienced a death of a very important person. We had not jammed in 10 years. We used to have matching shirts from Big Frog. That was over 10 years ago. I emailed Big Frog and explained the situation - they found our old artwork and made the shirts in time for the performance. Big Frog made many, many people happy. The customer service was excellent. The team helped me design my co-workers t-shirts with a logo I provided them and they helped me pick out the best style/color for the tee all on Saturday morning and then I was able to pick up the finished products on Monday morning. The shirts turned out great and my teammates loved them! Prices are very fair as well. Thanks for your product and service!
