The customer service was excellent. The team helped me design my co-workers t-shirts with a logo I provided them and they helped me pick out the best style/color for the tee all on Saturday morning and then I was able to pick up the finished products on Monday morning. The shirts turned out great and my teammates loved them! Prices are very fair as well. Thanks for your product and service!

Quality seems good, as well as kinds of printing available. Large selection of colors and styles. But mostly it's the service! I have always been treated with a positive, helpful staff member. Brandy is amazing!! She's patient and offers great suggestions about our custom order. We will definitely have an ongoing relationship with Big Frog. The staff was very helpful when determining how my new small business shirts should look. They allowed me to be part of the process in the layout and the shirts were ready to be picked within 2 hours. I will be going back very soon for additional business clothing!

Ease of working with a staff member on a 'specialty' piece that you wouldn't otherwise think can be done.
Staff member was very professional, courteous, friendly, etc. The other co-worker in the shop, was equally as helpful when asked for his opinion on the best option that could be considered, with regards to the type of print option.
