After having our business shirts done at different printing companies in the past, we immediately noticed the difference between those companies and Big Frog. When we walked in we were acknowledged right away by not just one employee, but three! They were all very attentive and fun to work with. They not only had great ideas about what would look good on our company shirts, but what would draw attention to our business. That's gold! We didn't know that we needed to refresh our look until they showed us what it could look like. Giving them creative freedom to redesign our layout and logo was the best decision for us. This experience has really opened our eyes to what great customer service actually looks like. We even went back and decided to add some company hoodies to our order! We had an event about 1 week before we stopped into Big Frog to ask about shirts for said event. I had a design to put on the shirts but it was via PowerPoint-not the best. But, our friends at Big Frog found the shirts and tanks we wanted, took the PowerPoint design and made it better and then had them done days earlier than expected. We only needed 4 shirts so was great to be able to order just what we needed (and for a reasonable price) without the need for a big order. Overall, we had a great experience. We participate in a lot of events and will definitely be back for more shirts and will recommend Big Frog to anyone.

Best experience ever! Dwayne and his business partner were fantastic to work with. He helped me with the design, explained how the different options would print on the different materials and produced my order in an amazingly quick time. I had an order of 50 and each one was perfect. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your shirt printing needs. Customer service was top notch and quality was excellent. Super satisfied!

Product and service was great. I just have a suggestion when it comes to quotes by email. In the response email that it sent out, I would say something about calling the store instead of saying a design consulate will reach out to the person. I submitted two quotes online and didn't hear anything. I called a week later and then visited the store the day I called. I spoke to someone about submitting requests online and was told the store was really busy and not able to response to quotes online. I ended up paying double for the shirt because it was a last minute thing.
