It wasn't the product that sold me. It was Estevan. His knowledge and ability to guide me is what has sold me. Not overly excited about the price of the merchandise, especially being a non profit. However, business is business.

The T shirt turned out perfect. I was so happy that Dennis got it out in time for Christmas. I will definitely use them again when the occasion arises.

The t-shirt I ordered at first was missing the top line and they told me at first that they could add it but might not be like they usually do it if that was okay with me and I looked at what they showed me and I was fine with it. When I went back to pick it up they did a really good job and I liked it. But they basically said that if they couldn’t do it and I still wanted it done right I would have to get another t-shirt and pay for it again at least that’s what I got out of it since I didn’t buy the shirt from them but I couldn’t buy it from them because they didn’t have any so I had to go elsewhere. But we got it figured out and the shirt was just what I wanted. So I was happy about that.
The products are great and the staff has a great turn around time as well as to try to accomodate all my needs. Sometimes, I understand they may not be possible, but they do at least try. I have only purchased shirts from them, but the quality of shirt and printng are great. I recomend them to anyone who needs shirts printed for an event, big or small.
I told German what I wanted, and he knew exactly what to do. I love all my Custom Tees I have gotten from Big Frog! I will and have told my friends and family to go to you if they need anything custom!!
Dennis was very helpful as I asked about various photo, cropping, and lettering options. And he sent me several virtual images as I considered these options. I am very happy with the service and with the tee.
Our order was great. The only downfall was it smelled strongly of mens cologne. I am not sure why. Despite this we were happy with the results and will probably use your services again.
