Quality of shirts are great and done in a timely fashion! But communication at this location is poor - response times to concerns after order placement and between team members. Overall, still recommend though, just a team you have to be patient with :)

Custom shirts from Big Frog for my son’s senior night, and they did an incredible job! The quality was great, the design was exactly what I wanted, and they had everything ready right on time. I had a Christmas Emergency. The firm that was supposed to deliver my customized gifts for my employees failed. Everyone at Big Frog was amazing, friendly, and actually excited about my project. They helped create an almost identical product and delivered it in a super short time period. They saved Christmas!!
I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with your product and services. The merchandise is top quality and the screen printing superb. Big Frog was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended you to my friends. In the short time I have had to wear my 'gear' out in public, I have received both questions and compliments on my hoodie and t-shirts. In a few months, I will order tank-tops and sweaters. Once again, I am 100% pleased with Big Frog and will MOST DEFINATELY use you in the future.

It wasn't the product that sold me. It was Estevan. His knowledge and ability to guide me is what has sold me. Not overly excited about the price of the merchandise, especially being a non profit. However, business is business.
