From the very beginning, the manager and staff were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They guided us through everything we needed to know, helping us choose the best shirts as well as the right printing method.
The communication didn’t stop after the design phase we had follow-up phone calls to make sure every detail was perfect, which I really appreciated.
The final results were outstanding for both orders. The polo shirts and T-shirts came out exactly as we hoped.
Even though the two orders were placed on different days, both were completed and ready exactly at the agreed date and time.

We had a hoodie made for a class trip. There were many hoodie choices along with color choices. We picked a picture we wanted and it was made beautifully. All the staff were helpful and answered all of our questions, they were all very kind and professional. We were also notified immediately when it was ready for pick up!! Found Big Frog Custom T-Shirts by accident during their soft opening when I was I looking for a company to design the Robotics | Drones | eSports Club jersey for my school, Pines Collegiate Academy 6-12. I'm so glad I did...Kevin was very easy to work with, and communication and response time was impeccable. Our jerseys came out exactly how I envisioned them, with turnaround time less than 2 weeks from initial communication. The sublimation of the jersey/polyester material came out great and is of high quality.
