Within a week, we had 14 items available in the perfect color, amazing quality and embroidered beautifully with our organization logo. The price was great as well. I'll get some goofy idea, mock it up in GIMP (The GNU Image Manipulation Program, commonly known by its acronym GIMP) and send off a quick email to Big Frog. After a few back and forth emails to confirm what I'm looking for, they'll often provide the standard turnaround time of x to xx business days. No matter what they say, the come through with the quickness! Exceeding my expectations every time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provide just enough personal touch that I sometimes feel like I'm getting treated like an employee!

We ordered some t-shirts for my wife, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. I made the mistake of saying "women's sizes". They were ridiculously small but your staff allowed me to unisex sizes at no charge. It was only 3 shirts but I was impressed. I had ordered a dozen embroidered hats earlier. I will certainly come back in the future.
