Quick friendly help with small family project. Your associate helped us take a picture and an idea for the shirts to completion quickly. Timely production and delivery greatly appreciated.
I have come in for about 6 or 7 different specialty shirts. The Big Frog techs are exceptional at editing, trimming, etc every picture or design I bring in no matter how poor the quality they were handed. They develop great ideas and produce a great result.

Big Frog of Brandon goes above and beyond in customer service. They are always so helpful with accommodating what we are trying to achieve with our group t-shirt orders. They assist with the design process, color selection, t shirt material etc. They follow up during the selection process and provide updates on the order while it is being completed. The young man who answered the phone listened to my needs, explain your process, and later communicated via email to get the artwork was outstanding! As a business owner and in the customer service for over 30 years he was a breath of fresh air and someone I would want on my team. It was short, and I only needed two t-shirts and he jumped through hoops to make sure my order was done as if I had places an order for 1,000 shirts. A great sign that he was trained and is treated well.

The Big Frog team was a pleasure to work with. My order was placed online, they sent me proofs and made the changes I requested.
