The young man who answered the phone listened to my needs, explain your process, and later communicated via email to get the artwork was outstanding! As a business owner and in the customer service for over 30 years he was a breath of fresh air and someone I would want on my team. It was short, and I only needed two t-shirts and he jumped through hoops to make sure my order was done as if I had places an order for 1,000 shirts. A great sign that he was trained and is treated well.
