So I have not bought any products from Big Frog, but they have done several prints for me. I use them for my son's Open Door logo for his school shirts. Both times that I have been there, I only have great things to say about them! The most recent time I was there, I will say the lady was amazing. I walked in to check to see if my shirts were done, they were not. However she ask me if I wanted to stick around real quick and she did them on the spot for me! I would say that is customer service, and appreciating someone's business!! I will definitely be back for all my prints!!! God bless 🙏

Great selection of shirts. Cathy is great to work with and easily makes changes to custom graphics on the fly to highlight the designs and placement options. The company I work for uses them for custom apparel, my club uses them and now I have used them for private custom shirts.
