Before your logo hits a shirt, hat, or hoodie—it needs to be print-ready.
Because even the best ideas can fall flat if the file’s fuzzy, the lines are too thin, or the resolution is off.
Here’s what to check before we press “go”:
✅ File Type: Vector files (.AI, .EPS, PDF) are best.
✅ Resolution: 300 DPI or higher keeps your logo crisp.
✅ Color Mode: RGB for print, Pantone or thread for embroidery.
✅ Line Thickness: Lines and text must be at least .25″ thick for all decoration methods—DTF, vinyl, screen printing, or embroidery.
