I needed a surprise birthday party tee shirt at the last minute. I called to see if they could create one, and I was happy to hear they could. Unlike another company unable to reproduce intricate crest details, Big Frog successfully delivered a perfect and affordable shirt. The design process was super easy and quick. His name escapes me, but the guy that sits at the computer to the right of the store when you walk in immediately greeted me and helped me get my design emailed. The letters were slightly chopped off but he stopped what he was doing to fix them all. I got my crewneck exactly when they said it would be ready and it looks perfect! I'd take the leap with trusting big frog Novi to do a custom order for me any day.

So, the service we received from Chrissy and the quality of the heat transfer was great. That said, the T-shirt itself was disappointing. I ordered a size L T-shirt of a brand that I am familiar with and typically like the fit. This T-shirt was longer than usual and the back of the neck fits way lower than I like it to. I know I can't return it so I'm going to order a new one from a different brand.

We go to Big Frog every year for t-shirt printing for an annual backpacking event. The order may seem small (usually 2-4 shirts), but the event is big to us! Big Frog always is prompt and detailed, even with our small order. Appreciate that they even scale the printing to the size of shirt. Highly recommend for all your printing needs.
