The shirts we ordered are perfect. Very nice quality, although I haven’t laundered them yet, but I suspect they’ll come out just fine. The website was a little hard to figure out as far as saving designs & accessing them later but once I figured it out it was ok. It did take a day longer before the order was shipped out than I was originally told but the order still arrived on time. Their prices were reasonable & competitive compared to other online shirt printers. Very happy overall!

The staff was extremely polite, flexible, and helpful to our every need. It was an absolute pleasure to watch them work while creating our sweatshirts. Our ideals were not traditional, nor easy to explain, but the staff was able to capture the exact essence of what we were trying to accomplish. I can't thank them enough for their patience and expertise during this experience. They made an experience to remember for sure! Our sweatshirts, which were a comical rendition of my parents, were a huge hit! Thank you once again, and I will always recommend this establishment when considering any type of shirt personalization.

Amazing capability to take an everyday photo, take the motorcycle off it, flip it around, and put on a tshirt with a US flag back ground that Big Frog provided. The patience of Aaron & Phil the owner was also amazing since I'm very picky. This shirt was a gift but once he finds out we can put a pic of our bike on the shirt, I'm sure we'll be back for more. All the time spent, place on a good quality Gilden 3X was $34. Thank you Big Frog!

I have already recommended Big Frog to a personal friend for printing needs! I had a great experience working with the store manager, Kira. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful! The other store associates I worked with throughout the process were wonderful too! They even helped me load the boxes in my vehicle when picking up my order! The printing process is quick. The overall turnaround was a little longer than anticipated but it was understandable with what we needed to have done. These shirts are for techs that work in a shop where temperatures and humidity can be overwhelming. Big Frog is able to imbed the ink directly into the fabric of the shirt instead of layering additional material on top of the fabric to create the logo and text. I feel like this does away with worrying about a large graphic trapping in heat and causing discomfort for our techs on hot summer days. I'm looking forward to seeing the techs wear these shirts that represent our company while also staying cool and comfortable.
