What is included in my $15.99 t-shirt? |
|
$15.99 plus sales tax includes a white, 100%
cotton t-shirt (Gildan brand or equivalent high quality), a
design for the shirt with as many colors as you want in it,
the printing of the shirt on one side and a sincere thank
you. If you would like a second print, that is an
additional $5. Or if you would prefer a colored Gildan
t-shirt, that is an additional $1. 2XL and larger, as well as
other styles, may have additional costs. Please
contact your local Big Frog store for any promotions,
specials or to get an updated price list. We reserve
the right to change prices at any time. |

What is the minimum
order? |
|
With direct to garment printing
technology, you can order as few as ONE custom t-shirt and
as many as 300 t-shirts. Once you get above 300
t-shirts, we will screen print your garment to be cost
effective. |

How quickly can I
get my order? |
|
If you choose a style, color
and size that we have in stock, you can have your shirt
within hours. If we need to order your shirt style,
then it will be a minimum of 48 hours until your order is
complete. However, if you are in a rush, then we can
get your shirts sooner, but a rush fee will apply. The
rush fee will be the shipping cost of getting your shirts to
our shop from our wholesaler. Contact us for more

Can I order another shirt with the same design later? |
|
Absolutely, we keep customer files indefinitely. When
you call to get your design reprinted, be sure to give us
your full name and a brief description of your original
graphic. This will allow us to find it and print it
for you immediately. |

Can I
bring my own shirts to be printed? |
|
The answer to that is absolutely. Everyday we print on
customer's t-shirts and more. Keep in mind that we
typically print on cotton and cotton blends (with a 50/50
mix being preferable). We also print on 100% polyester
items however the wash fastness cannot be guaranteed. The
general price for printing on your item starts at $16. If
you have more than one item, you may be eligible for volume
discounts. |

What forms
of payment do you accept? |
|
We
accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also
accept Money Orders and personal checks. If your check
is returned, there is a $35 fee. If you prefer to use Paypal for your transactions, we will be happy to send you a
Paypal invoice.

How can I become a
reseller? |
|
Start by contacting us with your information. Then fax
or mail us a copy of your tax certificate and your W-9.
Once we have received these items, we will forward you a
copy of our reseller pricing.
